Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Custom or built-to-order items may require additional time depending on design complexity and production schedules.

If your order includes both standard and custom items, they may ship separately to prevent delays.


Shipping Methods & Rates

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to offer reliable delivery throughout the U.S. and select international destinations.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Expedited and express options are available for most products at an additional cost.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment leaves our facility.


Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@sagetechpro.com with photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and, when applicable, arrange for a replacement or claim with the carrier.

If your order appears lost in transit, notify us as soon as possible so we can initiate a trace and assist in resolving the issue.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays beyond our control.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please verify that your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or delivery refusal may incur additional shipping fees to reship.
